London-based artist theydon boys begins his solo journey here, on 'a walk with anna', a tape which - despite its short playtime - manages to epitomise patience in songwriting. the 23-year old's strange compositions full of rasping voices, unorthodox guitar techniques and grainy volca synths unfold slowly, often taking unexpected turns along the way. various influences are evident, but the result is an entirely original take on experimental folk, bedroom pop and electronica.
